Terms & Conditions

1. Order Confirmation

• Pre-orders are processed only after full payment is received.

• Once the order is placed, the item is reserved and sent for production.

 

2. Production Time

• Production time is approximately 10–15 working days (excluding Fridays, Saturdays, and public holidays).

• Delays may occur due to fabric availability, customization requests, or shipping conditions. Customers will be notified if any delay happens.

 

3. Cancellation Policy

• Pre-orders cannot be canceled after production has started.

• If cancellation is requested before production, only store credit may be issued (no cash refunds).

 

4. No Return, Exchange Only

• Exchange only. No monetary refunds will be issued after payment is completed.

 

6. Sizing Responsibility

• Customers are responsible for selecting the correct size as the size chart is given under each model.

 

7. Shipping

• Shipping timelines vary based on the destination country.

• Customs, duties, and taxes are the customer’s responsibility and may vary by country.
